4 STEPS TO PARTICIPATION IN THE QUALITY MARK
Introduction If you are interested in the quality mark and would like to be part of a network that strives for daily innovation, craftsmanship, and quality, we would be happy to meet with you for a personal conversation. We will explain the procedure, the benefits of participation, and all the components of our offering.
Self-assessment Once you decide to participate, we will schedule an appointment for the first audit. Prior to the audit, you will receive an extensive self-assessment that you must complete before the auditor conducts the review. Part of this self-assessment is a one-time exercise. The data is stored in your own digital environment on our dashboard. You will have access to your own data via a login.
Admission audit by a professional auditor The auditor will then visit your office on the scheduled date for an assessment based on a set questionnaire. Before the visit, the inspector will also take into account, for example, the company’s online presentation, its relevance, or may call to experience the team’s service and approach.
Awarding After the audit and receipt of the fully completed self-assessment, the auditor will compile a report. All results will be recorded in a transparent online dashboard, where the history is stored, and a benchmark is built. Each component of the (self-)audit is assigned a weight, resulting in an overall score. The auditor will personally provide feedback on the results.
Upon awarding, you will receive a communication package to display the quality mark at your office and in all communication. You will be listed on erkencongresbureau.nl, and we will actively introduce you to our network and partners so you can benefit from various advantages, knowledge sessions, and promotional activities.
